random................ words.........

on a .................page

............scattered...................

falling..................tumbling........

one..........after.........the ..................

other............then..............connecting.....

to ............form............thoughts.......

that are.....................not random..........

that.........will...........one day............be

the............rage..........of ...........our ..........time

..............of ..................yesterday............yet............today

......they...........continue..............on...........almost effortlessly......

yet...........still......they..........keep............on...........until...

they............stop..................

for now..............

Enjoying what you do

I am happy doing what I am doing at the moment.  never been so happy, maybe because I have been very sad for the past 6 years doing what I was doing, that this seems like a dream come true

Doing what you like

is such a treat

a luxury

only available to the few

jump on board

let me tell you what to do

be up for challenges

take chances

and you will see

life can be wonderful

if you have the support

structure and family

that’s it

no really that’s the list

not very long

not impossible

so please persist

don’t give up

follow your dreams

in time you can

live your life successfully

never been so busy

I have been so busy recently I have started losing weight, never set out to loose weight. but in the past 5 weeks I have dropped at least 1 dress size, I feel fitter and look younger, even younger never set out to lose weight so all these things are bonuses. secret ..................... not eating. or yeah and hard work , on my feet all day cooking ........... strange but true. I don't tend to eat when I cook, do you?

#249 Never enough time

Whats going on with time

I know I am not alone

there are so many of us

running around like headless chickens

simply chasing time

I have decided its not us at fault

living in a warped time zone

we need to shout abort

We have been taught not to question

that way we won’t hear any lies

I know something is going on

as I am able to read between the lines

there are gadgets in my home

to help with my time

they run on an on

they run the home fine

whenever I have a moment

I try to relax

there’s always a nagging voice

as if it was a crime

sitting down relaxing

is not the way to spend my time

so i get up find something to do

is this what my life has become

just doing things I don't really want to do

Facebook the new tool in crime prevention

I was scanning, shamelessly searching fb for an old friend, well he does have a very unusual name, so what were the odds that there would be two people with the same name. anyhow on this other persons page who clearly wasn't the person I was looking for, younger and better looking anyhow on his page was a link about fb being so very useful in crime prevention and other interesting facts. well anyhow you go find it.
